Westpac Gisborne Business Exellence Awards - 2012

The Regional Business Partner Group, comprising Gisborne Chamber of Commerce, Te Runanga o Turanganui a Kiwa, Gisborne District Council, Te Runanga o Ngati Porou and EMA Central in conjunction with Westpac New Zealand Limited, announced the launch of the 2012 Westpac Gisborne Business Excellence Awards “the Awards” on January 16, 2012.

Westpac Gisborne Business Excellence Awards Launch - Thursday May 1, 2012

Entry packs will be available at the launch of the Westpac Gisborne Business Excellence Awards. Online entry form can saved from the web site as a PDF file, filled in and emailed to Awards Coordinator, prue@gisborne.net.nz. Or filled in, printed then posted to Gisborne Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 897, Gisborne 4040.

Entries Close - Friday June 15 5pm, 2012

All completed entries must be received by the Gisborne Chamber of Commerce on or before 5pm.

Judging Process - Monday July 16 – Monday August 13

After the allocation of categories and initial assessment of entries, two Judges will conduct an initial site visit to each business (maximum of 90 minutes). They will seek further clarification on any aspect of the entry.

The judges may need to undertake a second site visit where they may, for example, make a closer examination of the financials, speak to other staff and spend more time with the business owner.

Westpac Gisborne Business Excellence Awards Ceremony 2012 - Cocktail Function & Dinner - Thursday September 6, 2012

Announcement of category finalists, winners and the overall Westpac Supreme Business of the Year will be made at the Cocktail Function at Lawson Field Theatre, Gisborne. Dinner to follow the cocktail function and awards at Quality Hotel Emerald. Bookings will be essential - LIMITED TO 180 tickets

Cocktail Function & Awards Ceremony $45 per head
(includes cocktail food & complimentary drink on entry – cash bar available)

Awards Dinner $65 per head
(includes 3 course menu)
