Looking after your staff, stakeholders and yourself: A health, safety and wellbeing session for Tairāwhiti business leaders.

The Gisborne Chamber of Commerce warmly invites you to attend this free session focusing on how you can look after the health, safety and wellbeing of your staff, your stakeholders and yourself.

Francois Barton, Executive Director of the Business Leaders' Health and Safety Forum, will discuss the Forum's world-leading resources, including the CEO Guide to Mental Wellbeing at Work, and the Protecting Mental Wellbeing Guide. These give leaders and organisations the opportunity to consider what work-related mental harm is really happening in an organisation, and provide solutions to enable the work to be re-designed to protect people from those risks.

Francois will also talk you through how business leaders and directors can support their teams and workers right now in an ongoing pandemic environment.

The session will run for approximately 1.5 hours and involve two or three questions for the audience to engage with in smaller groups. Light refreshments will be provided.
